Looking all the way back to his last project, When Things Go Green, KHBelo has been on Graduation Music’s radar for quite some time now. The growth that we’ve seen from this rising talent has truly been an inspirational sight to watch, and today, we see an example of the return that Belo has gained from all of his hard work as he releases a brand new single entitled “Pink”. Produced by Spliff EastWood, this track is just what we needed to hear from KHBelo, and putting his full scope of talents on display, I believe that this one is a perfect testament to just how far he’s come as an artist.
That said, the reason why “Pink” seems to work so well is mainly due to the clashing of melodic elements and harder, raw sounds. Belo’s voice jumps right in line with the instrumental in the very opening seconds, and from that point forward, the way that his voice chases the hard-hitting bass kicks while matching the notes of the sparkling production is something special. This song also puts an emphasis on Belo’s ability to ride notes for just the right amount of time, which he seemingly perfects in the form of effortlessly smooth flows.
That said, “Pink” is a must-listen, so be sure to check it out at the link below!
