Coming out of Connecticut right now, few artists can compare to the comprehensive catalog of high-quality music that Lonny X has put together. You can hear it in the confident tint of his deliveries that this rising talent isn’t playing around, and earlier this year, he cemented this idea with the headline-grabbing release of Full Court Press. Today, about 8 months removed from the tape’s original drop, Lonny is back to revisit one of the standout cuts, “Swervin'” with a brand new visual companion.
Being that this was one of my personal favorite tracks on Full Court Press, I might be biased, but “Swervin'” provides one of the best videos that we’ve seen from Lonny X to date. The song itself is incredibly high-energy, and by matching this energy with enough personality and excitement to maintain listeners’ attention from the first second to the last, you can’t help but appreciate how great Lonny X truly is. Connecticut is lucky to have this soon-to-be star putting on for their state, and I can’t wait to watch the stocks continue to rise.
“Swervin'” proves that the future is bright for the Lazy Boy Records representative, so be sure to click play at the link below:
