Armed with controlled yet raw aggression and the ability to rap with great detail, Jiggz TB has proven to be a problem with his last few releases. His newest track “Serious Question” has to be my favorite of them all, though, as he provides brutal honesty and tells unforgiving tales of the streets over the subtle production from Classixs Beats. The simplicity of the beat only emphasizes everything Jiggz says, giving it a dramatic spin and perfectly fitting the laid-back vocals.
In “Serious Question”, the Dorchester rapper details street life like a veteran, only further proving that he really lives what he raps about, offering lines such as “He was a good kid, he didn’t deserve it, blah blah, it was worth it“. Among others, that line tells you that Jiggz doesn’t play. He’s not here for fun and games, he’s here to win. And with tracks as good as this, Jiggz is going to be winning in no time.
