Austin Fair has been consistently dropping some great tracks throughout the past few months, all of which were in anticipation of his debut project EVERLASTING. Yesterday, it finally arrived – EVERLASTING is a dense 12 tracks long, not stopping for a moment and continuously supplying bangers produced, besides one track from FILTHTOWN ESKAY, by Humbeats, another character in the Boston scene who we have watched develop such strong chemistry with the Chicopee artist. The album is a collection of Fair’s hardest-hitting tracks, running well all the way through and never ceasing to entertain the listener – just what he needed to keep this hot streak going.
My favorite tracks at the moment are “Kobe” and “Sunroof”, but every song was competitive with the next making this decision a tough one. I love what Austin Fair has done with his debut, and I can’t wait for what he has coming. He’s right where he should be as an artist, aware of himself and what fits his style best. If this is any indication of the heat that could be coming in the future, we have a problem on our hands. Don’t sleep on EVERLASTING, and listen to it on SoundCloud, Spotify, or Itunes.
