Chicopee’s Austin Fair is getting ready to release his project Everlasting soon, and to help with the wait, he just dropped off a banger titled “Flex” produced by Humbeats and featuring TLee. I’m always a fan of Humbeats production, and although that was one of the main aspects of the song that drew me in at first, I now fully appreciate how hard Fair and TLee go. They fit the beat perfectly, with aggressive, cocky lyrics that could hype up a show with ease.
You have to appreciate the way they maneuver through each beat pause and hiccup, too, constantly providing listeners with quotable lyrics. The delivery from both artists is another great part of this. Fair and TLee are done playing games, and they’re ready to take over. I love it. I can’t wait for Everlasting especially after hearing this track, and I highly recommend paying close attention to what Austin Fair has coming. He clearly gives us a reason to do so with “Flex”.
